The role of “Dad” is certainly an important one. We were offered a poignant reminder of this when we noticed a familiar name on the front page of The Santa Clarita Valley Signal. The title of the cover story really says it all: “A new role for Dad.”
The article features Bob Scott, the recent recipient of our 10th Annual Paint It Forward home painting giveaway. His strength and story is inspiring, and it was truly our pleasure (and a gift to us as much as to him) to be able to encourage him and his boys by painting their home.
