Oscar is dedicated to creating safer workplaces through education, engagement, and continuous improvement. As ALLBRiGHT's Safety Specialist, he works closely with teams across the company to promote safe work practices, strengthen accountability, and foster a positive safety culture where every employee plays an active role in protecting themselves and those around them.

With more than six years of experience in occupational health and safety—including specialized expertise in Behavioral-Based Safety (BBS) principles and safety technology—Oscar brings a practical, people-focused approach to risk management and hazard recognition. Prior to his career in safety, he spent more than 18 years in the oil and gas industry, where he developed a deep understanding of field operations and the importance of safety in high-risk environments.

Outside of work, Oscar enjoys music and attending live concerts, with SKA ranking as his favorite genre. He also loves traveling with his wife, and together they are avid runners who have completed three full marathons and several half-marathons.
