As ALLBRiGHT's Business Manager, Sarah oversees everything from operations, finance, and HR to technology, reporting, and systems integration. She specializes in turning complex business challenges into efficient, scalable solutions that help the company grow while delivering exceptional service to clients and employees alike.

Since joining the team in 2013, Sarah has worn nearly every hat in the company. That hands-on experience gives her a unique understanding of how every department works and how they can work together more effectively. Her favorite projects involve automation, data analytics, process improvement, and creating real-time insights that help teams make better decisions.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys backpacking the Sierra Nevada Mountains, and finding new adventures abroad.
