  4. Surface prep and repairs. We address all necessary patching, sanding, caulking, and priming before painting begins. If unexpected issues arise, like wood rot or moisture damage, we’ll pause and review the best solutions with you.
  5. Painting and coating applications. Using professional-grade paints and techniques, we apply even, consistent coats while monitoring weather, drying times, and surface conditions.
  6. Inspection and touch-ups. We walk the project with you, noting any adjustments or touch-ups to perfect the finish.
  7. Final clean and turnover. We remove masking, reinstall hardware, tidy the work areas, and perform a final check before we leave. If you notice anything afterward, we’re easy to reach and quick to respond.
