ALLBRiGHT PAINTING Using Lead Safe Practices In Los Angeles

two ALLBRiGHT Employees in front of company van

Per the new EPA regulations for all structures built prior to 1978, contractors are required to apply new preparation and containment procedures as well as new documentation of this type of work. ALLBRiGHT 1-800-PAINTING has recently sent some it’s employees to become certified trainers of this practice. Our Crew Leader Brady just completed his training and is now leading his crew on this job located near the Los Angeles Airport (LAX) by La Tijera Blvd and the 405 Freeway. All work will be performed & records kept per EPA Lead Safe Practices and will be inspected by a Certified Renovator and completed by Trained Non-Certified Renovation Workers. The pictures shown here give you a glimpse of the type of extra precautions it takes to prepare and paint this exterior of this 7 unit apartment building…no those aren’t little Ummpa Loompas standing in front of the ALLBRiGHT 1-800-PAINTING van.
