She is dedicated to ensuring employees feel heard, supported, and empowered, and takes pride in helping others grow in confidence. Known for her patience, organization, and compassion, she strives to create a positive workplace culture. 

Kathia loves all things Disney and Spooky season. Outside of work, Kathia enjoys crafting, decorating, cooking for loved ones, and cuddling with her two fur babies.
