Recently all six of our foremen, and two of our foremen in training, had the opportunity to participate in a special Crew Leader Training teleconference presented by Nolan Consulting. It was presented in three separate sessions, and reviewed the duties and details of being a professional Crew Leader. Our guys had the chance to review the many aspects of what their job entails, think through challenging situations, and learned many things to help them be more efficient and effective on the job.
In session one, they learned about the duties of a crew leader and how they must successfully and professionally manage the customer, the job, and the employee and the responsibilities that go along with those. In Session two, they reviewed aspects of job planning, preparation, and job fulfillment. In session three, they discussed solutions to unexpected scenarios, generating more work for the company, and training new employees.
We were glad to take the time out of our busy days to train and learn how we can become a more professional painting contractor. Overall, it was a beneficial and concentrated training time for our company, and we are definitely grateful for the opportunity to participate! Thanks, Nolan Consulting!
