Today we received this email from our client after we completed the painting of the inside of their new Valencia, CA home. We painted several rooms including bedrooms, hallways, home offices, and even the garage.
Dave, our salesman went on an estimate and met with a very nice woman whose family had just purchased a brand new home (many houses in her neighborhood are still under construction). During the estimate she vocalized the nightmarish time she has had with every service provider she did business with; movers that scratched banisters, electricians sending laborers into her house without previously notifying her, landscapers that couldn’t follow instructions, plumbers, the trash collectors, etc. etc.
Fortunately, our customary level of service was able to break through her “curse” of service providers and contractors. Hopefully, this will allow her some normalcy as they settle into their new home.

Yes, things look great & Hector was fantastic…& the two other men whose names escape me. There were a couple of hiccups in the beginning with the paint & amount of men that were suppose to be on the job…but it all worked out & was still completed on Wednesday. Andy & I really appreciate your customer service & how reliable Allbright is. The communication was great (even with the hiccup), Ella was fantastic, I was always able to reach someone & get a call back if needed (or an email)…& you even delivered cookies after it all (Lady Di’s are my favorite!!!)
