Current Project: Cardinal Health Medical Building

We are currently painting the Cardinal Health Medical Building in Valencia, CA. Due to extensive surface oxidation of prior coatings the entire surface had to be pressure washed using high performance, commercial equipment. In addition, we had used Sherwin Williams Loxon conditioning primer to ensure great adhesion and uniform finish for the new paint. We used a specific topcoat of an acrylic latex type paint specified by the client. Colors of choice were, Incredible White SW 7028″ with an accent of “Morning Fog SW 6255.” For the doors and metal flashing, we used “Gibraltar SW 625.7”
