Overall, we’re very pleased with the final result of our full exterior repaint and the stucco repair work, which corrected a poor patching job done by another company. The quality of the finished work looks great. The project did take longer than originally expected due to limited staffing, but this was not a major concern for us. The reason for the four-star rating relates to a billing issue on the time-and-materials portion of the job. We felt the time tracking and allocation could have been handled more clearly. I hope Allbright takes this feedback constructively and improves their time-tracking practices going forward to ensure a transparent and fair billing process for customers.
